Jubilee Golf Course is located 10 kilometres from the city centre and is a par 72 , 18 hole course with undulating fairways and greens set in superb natural bushland.
The natural surroundings are home to a variety of wildlife, including kangaroos. From the course there is spectacular views of the Ovens Valley and the Great Dividing Range.
There is a club professional on course and a well stocked pro-shop. Golf carts, buggy and club hire is available also. A licensed bar and clubhouse are also on course.
Regular competions are held and tuition is also available.

Tarrawingee is a par 68, nine hole course with 14 tee positions.
The fairways are lush all year round with a semi automatic irrigation system. The greens are sand scrapes that are lightly sanded and most have enough slope to make you think about your line. Tree lined narrow fairways will penalise a wayward shot but escape routes are there for the challenge of the smart thinking player. Green fees are very moderate $5 with an on site honesty box system.

Wangaratta Golf Club has gentle undulating 18 holes with bunkers. It is a par 72 course that is playable all year round and offers well groomed fairways and greens offering tranquil views of the Ovens River Flats.
Motorised buggies, clubs and push buggies are available for hire. The golf shop also offers a wide range of equipment and accessories.
Men's competition golf is held on Wednesday and Saturdays.
Ladies competition golf is held on Tuesday and Thursdays.
A twilight 9 hole competion is held on Friday followed by a social gathering with BBQ (daylight saving period).

The Whitfield Golf Club is located next door to the Mountain View Hotel. It is a 9 hole course with a variety of challenges - the major one being sand greens. They are so variable, the professionals would have difficulty beating you. Whilst the Club shed is unattended, there is an 'Honor box' and score cards are available. The nineteenth hole is the MountainView Hotel next to the golf club

Boorhaman Golf Club is situated between Wangaratta and Yarrawonga 1km from the Ovens River. It is one of many district 9 hole, par 68 sand scrape courses - winter competition only - course, mowed for social golfers to use during summer.
The clubhouse has facilities for large groups, social clubs etc to use on a BYO basis.
After a game of golf, players can enjoy a drink and meal at the award winning Buffalo Brewery Boorhaman Hotel adjacent to the course.
